SAN DIEGO─Since Donald Trump believes he resolved the controversy over where President Obama was born, he approached “the Boss” to write a song about his achievement.  Springsteen refused because he can’t forgive the Donald for what he did to Atlantic City.  Instead, Kellyanne Conway commissioned Ted Nugent to compose new lyrics to the Springsteen melody:

Born in the U.S.A., he was born in the U.S.A.
Born in the U.S.A., if Hawaii’s in the U.S.A.

Crooked Hillary spread the lie.
She claimed he was a Kenyan guy.

To prove he wasn’t counterfeit.
Trump made him show the certificate.

Born in the U.S.A., he was born in the U.S.A.
Born in the U.S.A., if Hawaii’s in the U.S.A.

Trump doesn’t doubt Barack’s American.
But he was busy making deals then.

Five years later at a press conference.
Trump expressed his total confidence.

Born in the U.S.A., he was born in the U.S.A.
He was born in the U.S.A., if Hawaii’s in the U.S.A.

Barack’s too weak in a crisis
Can’t cope with Putin or with ISIS.

He lacks the know how economic.
Trump suspects that he’s Islamic.

Born in the U.S.A., he was born in the U.S.A.
Born in the U.S.A., if Hawaii’s in the U.S.A.
