It would seem to me that the leading cause of CNN being delegitimized as a news source is CNN itself. It habitually distorts or misreports terrorist events in Israel, to portray terrorists as victims, and Israelis as the victimizers. Further, they demonstrate a clear bias against anything Republican. A bias is acceptable if done in an editorial opinion, but they do it in the way they report the news.
