Signing of the contracts for the construction of the new Jewish Community center Building was a festive occasion in Milton Fredman's office as President William B. Schwartz signs the construction contract with C.A. Larsen Construction Company as Chris Larsen looks on.  At the signig were: Albert A. Hutler, Executive Director of the Jewish Community Center; Larsen; Fredman, who drew the contract; President Schwartz; Sidney Rose, Chairman of the Building Committee; John Ruskin and Maury Novak, Building Committee members.  Rodin Horrow, a Building Committee member, was absent.
