SAN DIEGO — Our license plate maven, Melanie Rubin, caught a glimpse of this plate on a Prius, which is a hybrid car, while riding through neighboring Orange County.  GR8R Tov, or “greater good” may well refer to using less gasoline, and thus causing less pollution, than a standard automobile.
