“Consistent with our priority to cut unnecessary spending and bureaucracy, this legislation continues a downward trend in spending that constitutes a 20% cut in CJS appropriations under the Republican-led House. Following House efforts to combat human trafficking last week, this legislation funds critical anti-human trafficking and anti-cyber intrusion programs to keep our citizens and our children safe.
