Top-name authors draw big crowds of book lovers at S.D. Jewish Book Fair
LA JOLLA, California (Press Release) – The internationally recognized San Diego Jewish Book Fair will be held November 8-10th at Temple Solel in Cardiff-by-the-Sea and will continue November 13-16th at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center, Jacobs Family Campus, 4126 Executive Drive, La Jolla, CA 92037.
The 2014 San Diego Jewish Book Fair opens on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Temple Solel, 3575 Manchester Avenue in Cardiff-by-the-Sea with Carol Leifer speaking about her new book How to Succeed in Business without Really Crying. Additional highlights include Ari Shavit speaking about My Promised Land: The Triumph and Tragedy of Israel on Monday, November 10th at 7:30 p.m.
The San Diego Jewish Book Fair is one of the largest and most respected Jewish book fairs in the nation, and the largest literature-related event in San Diego County. More than thirty best-selling authors, journalists, and commentators are scheduled to speak on topics ranging from world events, memoirs, family relations to self-help books.

FAMILY DAY – For children up to age 8, Family Day Book-a-Palooza will be held at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center in La Jolla on Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Family Day will be filled with activities, entertainment, and learning experiences for the whole family, featuring Craig Parks in concert, and children’s authors Caryn Yacowitz and Diane Rauchwerger. FREE ADMISSION
