SAN DIEGO (Press Release) — Real estate expert Alan Nevin will address the Beth Israel Men’s Club at a 6:30 p.m. buffet dinner meeting on Wednesday, March 18, on the outlook for San Diego County’s and the nation’s real estate market and the economy. The club meets on the Beth Israel campus, 9001 Towne Centre Road.
Nevin, considered by many to be the “Dean of Real Estate Feasibility Research” in Southern California, has spent over 30 years in the fields of demographic and economic research.
He serves as the director of Economic and Market Research at Xpera Group, one of the largest provider of construction and real estate consultants on the West Coast. His principal areas of expertise are forensic real estate expert witness services, real estate feasibility studies and advisory services to high net worth individuals.
Nevin holds a Master’s Degree in Statistical Research from Stanford University, as well as MBA and Bachelor’s Degrees from American University. He has been an instructor at UC San Diego Extension since 1980, and is a founding member of the UCSD Economics Roundtable. He is a guest lecturer and member of the curriculum committee at the University of San Diego Burnham-Moores School of Real Estate and a member of the Advisory Committee at the School of Business at National University.
