ENCINITAS, California (Press Release)– Seacrest Foundation hosted The 211 Club Patron Recognition Party on August 26 to honor over one hundred and twenty-five generous and committed contributors. A favorite party for many, these like-minded individuals are the cornerstone of an enormous annual fundraising effort. Support from this group is directed to Seacrest Village Retirement Communities and Seacrest at Home so that they can, in turn, meet the charitable care needs of their clients.

The evening celebration was held at the beautiful home of Mayo and Jeffrey Strauss in Solana Beach. Cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres were served on the gorgeous patio that overlooks a 180-degree view of the stunning Pacific Ocean.  Bathed in sunlight for cocktails and then dinner under the starry sky offered a lovely, inviting ambiance for guests to relax and enjoy the company of good friends and fellow supporters. Seacrest celebrates their commitment to seniors in need.

Pamplemousse Grille in Solana Beach, which is owned by Executive Chef Jeffrey Strauss, catered the evening’s delicious food and beverage selection. A selection of hors-d’oeuvres including portobello sliders with truffle cheese and ahi tartare with wasabi caviar led into a dinner duo of porcini dusted salmon and whole slow roasted filet of beef, finishing with a scrumptious dessert buffet.

A spokesperson commented: “Seacrest Foundation offers heartfelt thanks to those who support The 211 Club and who were able to attend this annual Patron Recognition Party! The Foundation looks forward to next year’s event, and hope to see everyone there. For more information about Seacrest Foundation, please call the Foundation office at 760-516-2003.”
