Beth Israel Men’s Club sets climate change forum

SAN DIEGO (Press Release) — Robert Gilleskie, who has more than 30 years experience in energy management and power quality, including 20 years at San Diego Gas & Electric, will discuss man-made climate change at a dinner meeting of the Beth Israel Men’s Club at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the temple at 9001 Towne Centre Drive.

Gilleskie  also served as Director of Engineering at the California Center for Sustainable Energy. He has authored numerous articles on power quality and energy technologies and lectured on the topics in Europe and the US.  A Navy veteran, he received an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1979, and an MBA from San Diego State University in 1988.

This program is open to the entire San Diego community, both men and women. Temple or Men’s Club Membership is not a requirement to attend. The dinner fee is $18 with an RSVP and $20 without RSVP and includes a deli buffet.
