NEW YORK (Press Release) — Masa Israel Journey, the largest immersive, long-term educational experiences for young adults ages 18-30, celebrated Israel’s birthday today in a big way—a billboard advertisement in Times Square, wishing Israel a happy “71 years young.”
The billboards come the day after Masa’s live-broadcast Yom HaZikaron ceremony, which attracted thousands of participants from Israel and around the world, including the United States, Canada, South Africa, Uruguay, Ukraine, France, Germany, Australia, and England.
Both ventures are statements of Masa’s commitment to reimagining the way that young people engage with Jewish life, with Israel as the premier destination for developing 21st-century professional and leadership skills.
