Trump says he will leave office — if Biden victory is confirmed

Washington (AFP) – President Donald Trump said Thursday for the first time that he would leave the White House if Joe Biden is officially confirmed the winner of the US election, even as he railed against the “rigged” vote.Trump has made an unprecedented attempt to defy the results of the election by refusing to concede, spreading wild theories about stolen ballots and launching baseless legal challenges that have been thrown out by courts.Answering his first questions from reporters since the November 3 vote, the president moved closer to accepting that he would serve only one term in office …

  1. You people who thought Trump would not leave the White House are some real Dumb people. You anti-Trumper’s need to remember how many millions voted for him. A friend of mine at Victoria University Wellington is going to write his thesis on election corruption, rigged votes, votes turning up in the middle of the night. Illegal counting and blocking out of Republican scrutineers (Observers you call them I think)are just some of the issues that will be covered. His thesis will look at American, British, Australian and New Zealand elections. Most of the corruption in our elections comes from Foreign Interference which I have personal experience of. People outside the USA look at you and compare your federal and local voting systems with our own and we say Thank God we don’t have your system. Our media is not as corrupt and unethical as yours is. You let big business and the likes of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram corrupt your system and country. We see that happen and discount the likes of Facebook when it comes to our election. All your TV media except Fox TV are ANTI TRUMP; we see that quite clearly. Example.. 2 hours after The Terrorist attack on the Mosque in Christchurch on March 15 2019, Anderson Cooper was on CNN saying that Trump was totally to blame for the attack. What utter rubbish that statement was. CNN sent a big team of reporters to Christchurch. They were a well mannered, polite group who sought answers to questions and were not afraid to ask us for explanations about things they heard and saw. Kia Kaha was a statement in Maori written with many bunches of flowers. I saw a reporter ask what it meant and he played the Q and A on his news report. Stand Tall is what it means. It is used in lots of situations and is the motto of the RNZA SAS commando force. I have written for NZ consumption about the impeachment attempt on The President. TVNZ was one of many New Zealand outlets that relied on news about the Impeachment from non American sources. British, European, Canadian and Australian sources were often preferred to American Sources who were often less than balanced in their content. My survey of New Zealand media coverage was interesting. TVNZ, our taxpayer owned free to air outfit, found it necessary when having to use footage from CNN, CBS, NBC or other anti-Trump networks on their website, they ran alongside the pro-Trump stuff footage from FOX News so we got both sides of the story/issue being discussed. I used to hold Wolf Blitzer in high regard; I don’t any more than I do Anderson Cooper or Don Lemon, all of CNN. I watch Fox and CNN every day here. I can watch 6 international news stations every day here. so I encourage you to broaden the news sources. If you are honest you should be watching Fox as well as your usual anti Trump network. President Trump Does not have to concede until the Electoral College has declared the result. Yes every President in the past has conceded within days of election Day, but they did not have to until December 15th. So relax everything will work out fine.
