‘Jewish Poets-Jewish Voices’ Feb 18 at LFJCC

Center for Jewish Culture logoLA JOLLA, California (Press Release)– “Jewish Poets – Jewish Voices” will continue in the Astor Judaica Library for the sixth year with three Tuesday evenings—beginning on Tuesday, February 18  at 7 p.m. in the Astor Judaica Library at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (JCC), 4126 Executive Drive in La Jolla.

The three featured authors (Penni Rubin, Thea Iberall, and Rae Rose) will read their works during the first hour.   This will be followed by a half hour of open mic during which members of the audience are invited to read individual poems.  There will be a sign-up sheet in the library as people enter.

Following the readings, there will be an opportunity to socialize over light refreshments.
