  2. Any gun-control background check needs to include due process for those on any secret files. The late Sen. Ted Kennedy was wrongly placed on a no-fly list and it took him weeks to clear his own name. No law should violate citizens’ constitution rights. —Steven Kalka, East Rockaway, New York
