When they go on raids
Going into schools
It makes kids afraid.
Don’t want to be deported.
From their homes in L.A.
California dragnet:
This is Trump’s USA!
Standing at Home Depot.
Looking for some work.
ICE detains them all.
Orders from the jerk.
He claims they’re merely crooks
Who should be sent away.
California dragnet:
This is Trump’s USA!
They report to courts
To have cases heard.
ICE arrests them there
Illegally absurd.
This sparks street protests
Of neighbors from LA.
California dragnet
Guardsmen on their way.
Governor resented
Mobilizing troops.
To repress the outcry
Over random swoops.
Since unrest continued
Sent marines into the fray.
California dragnet:

Note: While some readers disagree with my columns, I try to find humor in current events. What is happening in Los Angeles, however, is not funny. We have gone from deporting undocumented migrants with criminal records to deporting any immigrant and refugee whom ICE can apprehend to meet Stephen Miller’s daily quota. The precedent set by deploying the National Guard against predominantly peaceful protestors endangers our First Amendment rights.

Love it! So Czar Trump can’t call on the National Guard for the Jan. 6 insurrection when they are attacking men and women police officers, etc. – he is clearly a fascist!
What is a predominantly peaceful protestor? Is he a less dominant rioter? When does a protest become a riot? Never in Professor Baron’s world!
It should have read predominantly peaceful protests not protestors.
