Julianna Margulies to Star at JFS as ‘The Good Lecturer’

SAN DIEGO (Press Release) — Jewish Family Service of San Diego will present the inaugural Joan Jacobs Signature Brunch, featuring a conversation with Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning actress Julianna Margulies, best known for her roles in ER and The Good Wife.

The first-of-its-kind gathering celebrating resilience, empowerment and community, named in memory of Joan Jacobs z”l, will take place on Sunday, Oct. 26, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine.

Beyond her illustrious acting career, Margulies is also a best-selling author and passionate advocate for social change who champions causes close to her heart, including Holocaust education and women’s empowerment.

Leading the conversation will be Laura Fink, communications strategist and executive coach. Together, they will reflect on how we find strength, purpose, community, and connection through life’s many chapters.
