LA MESA, California – The end of June is upon us which means we are six months away from starting a new secular year. It seems like 2025 just started!
June is recognized as Men’s Health Month, and it is essential to establish a connection with a primary care physician and undergo a physical examination. Improving diet and exercise is good for both genders. Finding hobbies to keep your mind active is also good and will keep you sharp as you age.
