SAN DIEGO (Press Release) — Ohr Shalom Synagogue will celebrate Israel’s 70th Year of Independence with a Yom Hazikaron/Yom Ha’atzmaut Concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 18.
The public is invited to join the Ohr Shalom Synagogue and Beth Am Choirs as they lead the audience on a journey through 70 years of Israeli songs.
The free presentation will begin with songs for Israel’s Memorial Day (Yom Hazikaron) honoring fallen soldiers and will continue with songs for Yom Ha’Atzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day.
