Why Rachael loves going to Shul

I Love Our Shul

I love our Shul, it makes me feel like I have a home, away from home.
The Rabbi and Rebbetzin are always there for me and they always greet the whole community with their smiles of joy every week.
I love helping the Shul Sisters to make the delicious Shabbat Kiddush meal.
After the service, we gather as a family to eat and pray.
When we eat, I enjoy to listen to our Rabbi sharing stories of Jewish wisdom. He shares those stories to strengthen our faith, and to make Shabbat a special day.
I know I am in a good place when I see my friends and their happy faces coming with their parents to learn the Torah and pray.
What a safe and happy place for a kid like me to be.
I love the memories we make, and the times we share.
The different languages and observance levels don’t drive us apart.
We all come from different places but are growing and learning together. We are united in for the love of our Torah and Israel as our homeland.
Chabad Carmel Valley is my Shul and I Love my Shul!
