SAN DIEGO — Our license plate maven, Melanie Rubin, has done it again. She found this license plate, by which the driver complains about running behind. We sympathize with the driver, whoever he or she may be, but urge him/ her not to speed. It’s just not worth the risk of an accident or a ticket!
