SAN DIEGO — Our license plate maven Melanie Rubin not only collects Jewish-interest license plates for us; she even has her friends and acquaintances do so. This one, mentioning the name of Elihu, whose biblical namesake appears in the Book of Job, was spotted by a friend of hers who is too modest to take credit. All we can say is “Good Job!”
