SAN DIEGO — As a service to the Jewish community of San Diego County, San Diego Jewish World has inaugurated a calendar of events of direct interest to our Jewish readers. The calendar may be accessed by clicking on the words “Jewish Events Calendar” on the bar above our masthead at the top of any page.
The base of the calendar includes listings for November 1st.
Listings are in reverse chronological order to facilitate reader’s planning.
Thus, the calendar is laid out as follows:

The dates farthest off in the future are at the top of the calendar, which can be scrolled down to dates closer to the present.

Your listing, at a minimum, should include the following information: Name of event, time of event, date of event, place of event, website for more information (if applicable), contact phone number in case we have questions. Feel free to provide more than this basic information.
In some cases, but not all, your events may also be mentioned in my “Our Shtetl San Diego County” column under the sub-headline of “Coming our way.”
We hope this service will help the various Jewish and civic organizations better inform our readers of upcoming opportunities.
