Local law enforcement to address Jewish community March 5

SAN DIEGO (Press Release)– To discuss the nationwide outburst of anti-Semitism, leaders of the San Diego Police, San Diego Sheriff’s office, and the local branch of the FBI will address a Jewish community meeting at 6 p.m., Sunday, March 5, at the Lawrence Family JCC, 4126 Executive Drive, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.  Security procedures will be in place and all bags will be checked, according to the organizer, Tammy Gillies, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League.

Addressing the community will be San Diego Police Chief Shelley Zimmerman, San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore, and Eric Birnbaum, the FBI Special-Agent-in-Charge in San Diego.
