Shabbat San Diego Events Set for October 21-24

SAN DIEGO (Press Release) — The pandemic has taught us that life’s better together. It’s better when we can hug, look each other in the eye and feel each other’s presence. It’s also taught us that we are not in control. We plan as much as we can — but it’s so much bigger than us.

Every year, Shabbat San Diego has been lit up with giant spectacles — challah bakes, Shabbat dinners and Havdalah concerts, days of learning that have brought together thousands of people.

This Shabbat Project joins us together, whoever, whatever, wherever — just anything and everything we can do to share in Shabbat, safely, from October 21-24, 2021.

We are doing our best to keep everyone safe. Some parts of our Shabbat San Diego weekend will look the same and some will look different.

Thursday, October 21: Challah Bakes
Friday, October 22: Shabbat Services and Dinners
Saturday, October 23: Shabbat Services, Meals, Lectures, Tapestry and Havdalah
Sunday, October 24: A day of Jewish Learning at Tapestry

**All events will have limited capacity and a virtual option will be offered**

More details and registration will be opening soon. For more information, visit https://shabbatsandiego.org/.
